Each Ticket will bear a unique identification number ("Ticket Number") and those numbers shall be used to determine the winner of the Raffle. Tickets may be obtained at the Stadium only during the applicable Entry Period. Tickets will be available during such Entry Period at a kiosk located at the Homeplate Breezeway on the Concourse inside the Stadium (the "Concourse 50/50 Kiosk"). Tickets also may be obtained from designated representatives of Sponsor who will be circulating from time to time throughout the Stadium
during the relevant Entry Period. Sponsor also may elect from time to time to designate other location(s), including any additional kiosks, where Tickets may also be obtained.

If a person does not have or wish to purchase an admission ticket to a particular Game, a Complimentary Ticket may be requested during the applicable Entry Period from the representative of Sponsor identified as the manager of the Raffle (“Raffle Manager”). Any person who obtained a Complimentary Ticket in accordance with the provisions of the immediately preceding sentence can inquire in person with the Raffle Manager inside the Stadium after the end of such Entry Period but prior to the end of the Game with respect to which the Complimentary Ticket was obtained as to whether he or she is the winner. Entering the Raffle does not permit an entrant to enter the Stadium. A request for a Complimentary Ticket can also be made Online during the applicable Entry Period by sending an email to raffle@stluciemets.com. In the subject of the email, please write “2026 AMF 50/50 Free Ticket” and the body of the message must include the following: “I am requesting a free ticket. I have read the official rules and attest I am at least 18 years of age and in the State of Florida”. Upon receipt of the email, a free ticket will be generated and sent to the person requesting the Complimentary Ticket via email to the email address used to request the Complimentary Ticket. These are the only methods of entry. Entries will not be accepted via U.S. Mail, or any other method.
Tickets may only be obtained for the Raffle to be held for the Game on that date and may not be obtained for future Raffles. 4.) DRAWING AND NOTIFICATION OF PRIZE WINNER: For each Raffle, one (1) winner of the Raffle "Grand Prize" (as that term is defined hereinafter) will be selected by random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the applicable Entry Period. The random selection will be conducted by Sponsor or
its designee whose decision is final and binding. The randomly selected winning Ticket Number ("Winning Number") will be announced over the Stadium’s Public Address System, shown on the Stadium Scoreboard and posted online at www.StLucieMets.com/5050 (collectively, the "Notifications"), before the end of the applicable Game being played on that date.

5.) CLAIMING A PRIZE:
a. To claim the Grand Prize, the holder of the randomly selected Raffle ticket with the Winning Number (the “Raffle Winner”) should email raffle@stluciemets.com with a photo of the winning ticket for additional information on documentation needed and how to present the ticket for verification. The purchased Raffle ticket is the only valid receipt for claiming a Grand Prize.
b. Each Raffle Winner must provide Sponsor with all information and execute all documentation required to claim a prize as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (including, without limitation, eligibility and tax identification information). The Raffle Winner shall be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility & Liability/Publicity Release (“Affidavit”) in the form approved by Sponsor, a W-9 (or, if applicable, W-8) IRS form that includes a tax identification number prior to receipt of the Grand Prize and any other forms as may be reasonably required by Sponsor (“Verification Paperwork”). In the event that a Raffle Winner either: (i) does not notify Sponsor in accordance with section 5(a) above within the Claims Period; (ii) is ruled ineligible for any reason, including for failure to satisfy the procedures set out in these Official Rules; (iii) refuses the Grand Prize; or (iv) does not return all of the Verification Paperwork within thirty (30) calendar days of Raffle Winner’s email receipt of the request for Verification Paperwork, then, in each such event, the Grand Prize will be forfeited and will be retained by Sponsor for its charitable purposes. “Claims Period” shall be the time period that ends at 6:00 P.M. ET on the date that is ten (10) days after the Raffle was held with respect to which the Raffle Winner has the ticket with the Winning Number; provided, however, that if such tenth (10th) day falls on a Saturday or Sunday, then the Claims Period shall be extended such that the Raffle Winner shall have until 6:00 P.M. ET on the Monday immediately following such tenth (10th) day to email raffle@stluciemets.com with a photo of the winning ticket to in order to be eligible to claim the Grand Prize.
c. Sponsor’s decision concerning the identity of any Raffle Winner is final and binding. Sponsor shall use the following rules to determine the identity of any Raffle Winner: (i) Sponsor shall conclusively presume that the person who is in possession of that Raffle ticket is the lawful owner of that Raffle ticket and that ticket’s winning number, and (ii) Sponsor shall not make, nor have any duty to make, any inquiry whatsoever into the circumstances under which that person came into possession of such winning Raffle ticket. In the unlikely event that an error or problem in the administration of the Raffle results in two (2) or more Raffle ticket purchasers holding winning Raffle tickets that contain identical ticket numbers, then the person who has record of the earliest ticket purchase shall be deemed to hold the winning entry. All Grand Prizes will be paid to Raffle Winner within approximately sixty (60) days of the Raffle Winner delivering the winning Raffle
ticket, executed Affidavit, and all other required Verification Paperwork to Sponsor. For security and safety reasons, no cash payments will be made to the Raffle Winner. Unclaimed winnings will be retained by Sponsor for its charitable purposes. If you need more information, please email raffle@nymets.com.
d. If no one presents the ticket with the Winning Number to Sponsor prior to the end of the Claims Period in accordance with the procedures set forth above, the Grand Prize will be forfeited and shall be retained by Sponsor. The Grand Prize will not be awarded to any other person. Sponsor will not be required to attempt to notify or locate the holder of the ticket with the Winning Number in any manner other than by making the Notifications and making the Website Posting. Sponsor also will not be responsible if the holder of the ticket with Winning Number leaves the Game before the Notifications are made, is not in his or her seat when the Notifications are made, does not hear or see the Notifications, does not check the Website Posting or call the Sponsor Telephone Number, is otherwise unaware that he or she has the right to collect the Grand Prize within the required time as set forth in these Official Rules. If the holder of the ticket with the Winning Number attempts to deliver that ticket to Sponsor and collect the Grand Prize at a later time or date, he or she will be notified that the Grand Prize has been forfeited. Upon prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given to the potential winner. The Sponsor will not be required to attempt to notify or locate the holder of the ticket with Winning Number in any manner other than as set out in these Official Rules. Any purported holder of the ticket with the Winning Number presented to the Sponsor outside the Claims Period or otherwise not in strict compliance with these Official Rules shall be null and void.
6.) GRAND PRIZE: The holder of the ticket with the Winning Number shall be entitled to receive, upon compliance with these Official Rules, fifty percent (50%) of the Net Raffle Proceeds (the "Grand Prize"). Sponsor is required by law to withhold and remit to the Internal Revenue Service on the Raffle Winner's behalf an amount equal to twenty-four percent (24%) of the Grand Prize (such amount being referred to herein as the “Withholding Amount”) if the Grand Prize is greater than $5,000 and if the Raffle Winner is a citizen or resident alien of the United States with a Social Security Number (different rules as promulgated by the Internal Revenue Service apply for nonresident aliens and for resident aliens and citizens of the United States who do not have a Social Security number). 7.) PRIZE RESTRICTIONS AND ODDS: The Grand Prizes are not transferable or assignable and cannot be substituted for another prize. Any and all taxes, fees, and other costs including but not limited to federal and, if applicable, state and local income and withholding taxes that may arise and be due or asserted on the value of the Grand Prize are the sole responsibility of each Raffle Winner. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the applicable Raffle.
8.) TAXES: Each Participant acknowledges that he or she has been informed that the IRS has taken the position that amounts paid for chances to participate in raffles, lotteries, or similar programs are not gifts and, therefore, the price of a Raffle ticket does not qualify as a deductible charitable contribution. Each Raffle Winner is responsible for any and all federal, state and local taxes, fees and other government assessments on the applicable awarded Grand Prize. Furthermore, each Raffle Winner acknowledges that federal law requires that a tax withholding on certain prize values must be collected from winners upon award or distribution. Federal and state withholding laws are subject to change without notice. The withholding laws in effect at the time each Grand Prize is claimed will be followed.
9.) TRANSFER OF RAFFLE TICKET: Raffle tickets may not be resold, or permitted by a Participant to be resold. Any Raffle ticket which has been resold in violation of these Official Rules shall be void, and such Raffle ticket numbers shall be ineligible to win. The eligible Participant in physical custody of the winning Raffle ticket shall be deemed the winner unless the ticket was re-sold or otherwise transferred in a manner in contravention of these Official Rules, in which case the winning ticket shall be voided.
10.) PUBLICITY RELEASE: By participating in any Raffle and/or accepting a Grand Prize, each Participant and Raffle Winner hereby irrevocably and perpetually grants to Sponsor, the Mets, and their designees, a worldwide license to use, publish, reproduce, create derivative works of, distribute and publicly display the names, images, personal statements, voice, prize information and/or likenesses of the participant and Raffle Winner (as applicable) in connection with their participation in any Raffle and/or receiving a Grand Prize (collectively, the “NIL”), in any form, media, and/or content which now or hereafter exists, for advertising, promotional, and/or any other commercial purposes as well as non-commercial purposes.
